Our car buying experience with this dealership was nothing short of fantastic. After 3 days of grinding the turf looking for just the right car with my wife, we were ready to give up. Up to that point, the car search/buying experience was absolutely the worst! That night we put out a search on the internet for the car we wanted. Zachariah Hinson, Sales Associate at Larson Nissan contacted us by phone the following morning. Before wasting our time, he matched us with that car including the model we wanted at the "out the door price" we asked for. A deal was made before we even went to the dealership. Zachariah was a breath of fresh air and treated us like family. Once we arrived we were greeted by the Sales Manager, Chris, who thanked us for our business. Zachariah took the time to walk us through all of the of the features/controls of our new car making us quite comfortable with its operations before we left. I also had a chance to meet the Service Adviser Dan Zickler who informed me that we can have our new purchase washed anytime at no charge. Zachariah followed up with us within a week of our purchase to make sure we were happy and answer any questions. It's all about how they value and care for a potential customer before and after the sale that makes you want to do business with here. No surprises! Great team. Thank you Zachariah.

My wife and I just purchased a Nissan Rogue from Larson Nissan in Fife. We just wanted to give a super grateful THANK YOU to Jesse Brenner, Jon Brown, and their new salesman Louis. All three of them are AWESOME people, who made our experience great once again. This is the 5th Nissan we have purchased from them. That must say something! Their warm and caring service has made us customers for life, seriously. My little 4 year old son said he had so much fun, and thought they were really nice. And we NEVER felt any pressure that can come from sales. This is the first review I've ever written, and it's 5 stars all the way! 10 stars if there was an option! Oh, and I'm going to send everyone I know down to them. THANK YOU Jesse, Jon, and Louis. (Louis, you're going to be a great salesman!)

Purchased my 2015 Nissan Rogue yesterday and felt well treated. Parker was a great help and very professional and friendly. Ron helped the end process go smoothly and I especially enjoyed John who finalized things for me. Overall, I was pleased with my experience.
