I haven’t even tasted the food yet, but I ran here to make a review just at the awful customer service I just experienced. I called in some burritos and a quesadilla for my kids. I got myself a veggie burrito, twice I made clear please no guacamole or cilantro and extra beans. She said ok. I go pick up the food, get all the way home my burrito has double of everything I asked them NOT to put on. I leave my kids, and drive all the way back. I get there, show them the uneaten burrito, I opened it up to further show. I was met with an aggressive attitude, she snatched my burrito and went to the back and made another. I didn’t get an apology, I didn’t get offered a discount, nada. Then, I asked the male waiter who was the manager, (didn’t know it was her) and as I’m talking to him, he completely stops looking at me and starts having a full on conversation with a guy sitting at the bar. The manager she then came back, I told her what just went on, she shoved my bag into my hands and said well I’m the manager, you have your food, now go. We don’t give discounts.
It’s sad I can’t even review based on the food as now my appetite is gone.
