I was quoted the price of $4 to have a item done and when I showed up to drop it off they changed the price to $15. The owner told me he would pay me $100 to find someone else who would do it cheaper. So instead of fixing the mistake I was basically told I guess your stuck and have to pay almost 4x the price we quoted you because no one else will do it cheaper. Awesome way to do business. Promise I won't go to you for any of my other needs in the future.

They are great and always on time! Deliver right to my door and they always get it right. They even fixed my shirt without even me asking them to! Stitched it right up!

First time experience with a dry cleaner and having a suit cleaned. Steven and a younger blonde woman made the experience pleasant and worry free. I will only be using Lasalle downtown from now on. Thank you both. And Steven, keep rocking that red shirt!
