I called today to inquire about laser hair removal. Marty, the nurse who facilitates the treatments, who stated that she is married to the doctor that owns this practice was odd and rude. She even hesitated on giving me her name.
She made the conversation extremely awkward from the beginning. Terrible customer service, worst ever!
She provided pricing.. I just wanted to know about pricing for my lip and chin. She insisted that it would be a great deal if I added a 3rd area. It felt like a retail store where they offer the add on items during check out.
I asked about the availability for treatment and she stated that there would be an opening tomorrow. I told her that I would rather wait until I receive my Covid results. I felt obligated to tell her what I did for a living.. then she went on to tell me that she was in healthcare and she didn’t feel the need To be tested for Covid because they wear full PPE. I’m sorry, if you’re healthcare provider it’s not a bad idea to be tested regularly. I understand that she wears PPE when she’s in her family practice but I highly doubt that she goes to the grocery store in full PPE. And what about her friends and family that may not be taking the necessary precautions. Overall the conversation was neither here or there because I never asked her about their COVID precautions. Shame on me for trying to take the safe route! Instead of trying to upsell in other areas she should be more concern about Covid as I won’t be wearing a mask as she’s working around my mouth. Smh!
The whole conversation was concerning. I clearly stated that I was a Prospect inquiring about their services and that unfortunately due to our conversation I was no longer interested. I read some good reviews about the place maybe their work is good but apparently their customer service sucks! Marty, if that is your real name (hesitated to share her name), work on your customer service.
