This is the best place that I’ve gotten my lashes done. Liz is amazing and caring the whole time she does my lashes. She makes sure that I’m okay and checks in on me throughout. The ladies at the front desk are very friendly and welcoming, the environment is calming, and the service is amazing. I absolutely love my lashes!

The experience here is heavily dependent on your lash technician. I have visited in the past and had both horrible (Anahit) and amazing (Roza, Armine) full sets. But my most recent visit I had a technician, Anahit, complain about my sensitive eyes the entire time. All of my lashes also fell off within 5 days. When I requested a refund from the business, I was given excuses and told I have “oily” lashes - but she claimed to have cleaned them before my appointment. I had to follow up several times before being given only a partial refund. Overall, there is too much fluctuation between good and bad service for this to be a dependable business.

I’ve gone to Lashes de Anna about 6 times in the past 2 years and the experience is always questionable. Customer service is lackluster. I’m never offered a blanket or made comfortable. My last lash tech, Ruzanna, didn’t give me what I asked for at all. I showed her a picture and she literally just did whatever she wanted to. I let her know the result was not what I requested and she said “oh we can do it next time.” There will not be a next time. I sent an email letting them know that not only did she not do what I asked for, but that the application process was SO PAINFUL. It felt like she was pulling each lash out. (THEY HAVE YET TO RESPOND) I was literally crying on the table and she wouldn’t even pass me a tissue. Now, as these lashes fall out, my natural lash is attached. I’ll never return.
