Made an appointment a couple of weeks ago. Just called the office to confirm that they had received my insurance information via text as they had previously requested, since 1) they never responded and 2) my appointment is tomorrow morning. The receptionist told me “oh we don’t have clinic tomorrow. We were going to call you.” It’s 3:30 pm on the day before my 10:30 am appointment and they don’t even have the courtesy to let me know ASAP (the real question is, when exactly were they planning to call and let me know if I hadn’t called them first to ask?) I don’t have much flexibility in my work schedule so this was even more dumbfounding. Didn’t receive an explanation, only a half-hearted “apology”, and then a “can you come in now?” No, I cannot.
I was flabbergasted at how unprofessional she was. Never making an appointment here ever again.
