I ordered idli vada sambar from their menu and was shocked to get idli with YOGURT. Yes Idli vada with yogurt. The bowl of sambar was nothing but onions. I think the cook somewhere inside was familiar with Indian dishes but there was no one at the counter who knew what they were doing - I felt that with the way they took my order on phone and it proved when I opened my food. I hope they train the staff with what’s on the menu and how to serve it. Plus some decent behavior towards customers cz the person over the phone was rude. My order wasn’t ready even when I went to pickup 10 min after the scheduled pickup time.
My earlier review was experience from couple years ago. Tried again a few times but have the same experience with food and people.
One thing I like is they take good care of staff, I saw them closing early for a staff event.
