Jeremy Latimer is a very good contractor who takes responsibility for his work and does very nice work. I have used him twice now on our challenging property in Wrightwood, and Jeremy has helped us out each time with a fair price and great value.

My wife is an ex-contractor and is demanding and Jeremy was able to field her calls and questions, which she appreciated very much and spoke well of him. Out of about fifty contractors we've dealt with on many properties over a long period of time, Jeremy is officially in the list of a few people who I can say that we would both be happy to hire again.

Jeremy also employs experienced (very) assistance, which not every painter does.

We recently decided to paint our home and per a referral called Latimer Painting and we are so glad we did! We called and talked to Jeremy Latimer and discussed options. Jeremy was very helpful selecting paint and suggesting ideas. The decision, of course, was ours to make and we decided to go to a three color scheme. One color for the house, one for the trim and a third color for accent. Jeremy worked with our schedule and soon he and his painting crew were transforming our home into a modern masterpiece. Because it was an older, stucco home, it required multiple coats and Jeremy applied the needed coats to achieve the color we wanted. Within a week, he had transformed our house into the jewel of the neighborhood. People we did not know stopped by to express their admiration and wondered if the house was a new construction. The house is over 30 years old so the complement was gratifying to say the least. Once the work was finished, Jeremy walked with us to survey the finished product making note of any touch ups that needed attending. There were very few because Jeremy's aim is to get it right the first time so he takes great care in his work. Not only is Jeremy a great painter but also is one of the nicest people I have met in a long time. He has recently stopped by to make sure we are still satisfied with his work and to make good on anything that needed redoing. There was nothing because he did it all the first time but that he was concerned told me I will call this man again and recommend him to everyone I know.
