I highly recommend this business. I went in with my brother, to help renew his residency card. He gets extremely nervous when dealing with any type of important matters like this. It was a blessing to have met Paola. She was so very helpful & patient. She was not frustrated in any way with any of the questions that we had. She explained the entire process to us, in a gentle way. It’s really hard to find people like her nowadays. She gave me a heads up regarding letters that will be arriving to my address and what the letters were regarding. My brother received his residency card by mail, in less than two months.
