Sherri, Mimi and Asmar are a great team. I love how stable things are -- no teacher turnover! My older kiddo especially really struggled as new teachers came in and out in a larger care setting, and the consistent team here has been great for him. He went from barely talking at school to almost chatty. The preschool program has really grown his skills. On the younger end, my baby gets much more attention and love especially with the excellent teacher:child ratios. Overall this is a great place. It really seems like the teachers care about the kids and the environment is really positive.
As a mother sending her child to a care facility for the first time, I was very anxious and visited many daycares. But Laugh & Learn Home Child Care caught mine and my husbands attention as this was the only daycare that had principles of teaching the children social skills. Sherri, Mimi and Asmar are a wonderful team. My daughter joined at 17 months and was very clingy to me, but the love and care shown by this team made her go happily to the daycare. They were very patient with her until she got adjusted to the daycare. The activities are well planned and the environemnt is very stable for kids to adjust. They offer nutritious home made food. I owuld recommend this daycare to parents who want their children to play and enjoy and learn to be independent.
