Was very clean , some of the machines worked , the younger guy was rude told my veteran husband he couldn’t have his service dog he is training in the laundry mat , she was never put down not once nor bothering anyone . He told my husband his dog isn’t a service dog because his family trains them and he knows for sure that isn’t a service dog . She is only 2 month and a Frenchie very tiny and told he he needs to go out the puppy in the car when it was 109 degrees outside . My husband went and showed him the VA card , then he tells him he can bring the dog back in now . And was very unprofessional to with. Just the guy was rude other than that did loads and left won’t return upon his unprofessional approach .

I was rushing and multitasking because I recently moved into town. I had to go to and from my storage unit while doing laundry. The owners thankfully empathized with my situation and let me stay 11 minutes after closing to wait for my clothes to dry. Super thankful! Great first experience!!! Thank you so much! Oh and the machines take applepay which is super helpful.

The owner's here are friendly, they make sure to keep the place clean. I've been washing here for a long time with my family. It may be time for a switch of establishments. Because lately i've had a lot of ruined clothing after washing. New clothes full of oily stains that won't come out after washing. Maybe there needs to be a deep cleaning of the washing machines, or a section for oily washers and regular washers. It could be built up residue from other people's work clothes that's being left behind on ours. I hope you guys find a solution for that problem. I appreciate your services nonetheless.
