This place has false advertising and unprofessional management. I showed up to pick up clothes at 10:23 P.M. only to find it closed. The advertising on the front window clearly states “Open 7 days a week 5 A.M. to 11 P.M.” When I called the emergency number, they lied and stated that they had closed at 10:40 P.M. because no one was there, said to show up at 5 A.M., and hung up on me. At no point was I rude on the phone, but was cut off mid-sentence to the sound of a dial tone. They apparently did not like that I called them out on lying and that I took pictures of their clock at 10:35 P.M. while standing outside of their facility.
This same couple who cleans this location each night locks up exactly at 10 P.M. each night even though people are clearly walking inside and outside of this place to clean the floors. They will see you literally standing at the door waiting to be let in, but have zero manners or common courtesy to walk over and let you in. In addition, the floors are wet while people are lugging laundry around, which clearly is a liability. I wouldn’t be the least bit surprised if someone ends up getting hurt or suing the owner because of the carelessness in their behalf.
Another time I drove up to find the man who cleans the facility standing and walking back and forth on top of the benches people sit on like he was a two year old. He is easily in his fifties. This bazaar behavior made me think he was high or drunk.
I’ve tried to give this place several chances, but enough is enough. Rudeness, lying, false advertisement and unprofessionalism are absolutely unacceptable and the keys to a disastrous business.
