It was my first time. First impression; CLEAN! Huge, wide, big, and very SPACIOUS!!! Well kept and maintained. The gal there was so sweet and very helpful - she made a suggestion, and it worked out great! She saw what I had and guided me to this huge washer! She explained how it operated and the first function. I'm glad she did, or else I would have been panicking, "Why is it spinning, and why isn't there any water?"
It's a new feature! Used to BALANCE your load, to eliminate the machine from going haywire. NICE!
AND THERE'S AN OPTION TO SANITIZE the washer before you load your clothes, which I personally like!
Loved this place. One thing I hate about traveling for work is using public washers and dryers. Usually they smell like mildew and are dirty. This place was so clean. The staff was friendly. And since they use cards for their machines, I don't have to walk around with a pocket full of quarters. It's a little pricier than the last place I used, but the cleanliness, convenience, and comfort are worth it to me.
