I am writing a review as the buyer of a home she represented. I believe Laura and the previous owners acted in dishonesty. We purchased a home with section items that were cleared by Bongiorno Termite with the expectation that the owner would complete work on a section one item. There was no follow up or due diligence on the realtor or Termite company’s part. The termite cleared section one without reinspect. The previous owner did not due the work correctly and had the audacity to even ask for more money in the realty transaction. Maybe as a sellers agent, this shark is a good one to have on your side. But as a buyer, highly disappointed in her and her sellers conduct.
