I worked with Sarah Rose Davis on the Laura Papritz Compass team. I first met Sarah Rose at a random open house I attended. After the open house, Sarah Rose called me to let me know about another open house she was showing that had a lot of the qualities I was looking for. I was impressed that she had remembered me and my search preferences! After that, I chose to work with her because of her attention to detail and the care she showed me and my partner. Sarah Rose is an excellent communicator and was very flexible with showing times and getting information for us. I was hesitant at first to tour homes with a specific agent (in the past I had done auto-generated tours by big real estate companies), but working with Sarah Rose was just as easy and the experience was immensely better. Sarah Rose not only kept in touch with me, but would contact the listing agents for homes we were interested in. I always felt like I was in the loop and had a great sense for how the home buying process worked. Sarah Rose and her team were very thorough in explaining the buying/offer process and would meet me at my home to talk in person when there was a lot to go over. Even after we closed on our home, Sarah Rose continued communication and continued to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend Sarah Rose and the Laura Papritz team for any real estate needs you may have! Thank you for an amazing home buying experience. We love our new home!

My fiancée and I worked with Laura to find our home in Renton. She was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. We highly, highly recommend her to anyone in the Seattle area. It was very clear that she's passionate about her work, and really took the time to get to know us and our wants/needs from a home to help find the perfect place. As first time home buyers we didn't have a great idea of what we were getting into. Laura made the entire process from start to finish as smooth as possible!

As a first-time home buyer in the Renton area, I had an excellent experience working with Laura Papritz and her team. She has years of experience and really knows her stuff. She guided me along the process, imparted wisdom, and answered all my questions. She had my best interest at heart and had my back. The process was easy and seamless working with her. Not as daunting as I thought it would be. I would definitely have Laura as my realtor again hands down! Highly recommend.
