I ordered flowers for a friend having a tough week. My friend wasn’t home when the flowers were delivered, and much to my surprise, the delivery people don’t call to confirm the recipient is home. This is very odd, especially when flowers are ordered online from a foreign address. The flowers were set in a shady space, however my friend didn’t find them for a while after arriving home due to where they were delivered. Communication is key for deliveries; I expect more from a place with a 4.8-star rating.

I ordered flowers to be delivered during the snow/wind storm that shut Portland down in mid-January. Amy contacted me to let me know the delivery would be delayed and offered me a refund or an enhanced value bouquet. She kept me informed of the progress, and the final product was impressive and so beautiful! I appreciated her concern for her delivery drivers’ safety!

Beautiful flowers! Delivered to my niece on her birthday. Ordered from their on-line website and for once the flowers actually looked close to the photo advertised. I did make a mistake on delivery address, but it was handled very well by the delivery person. Thankful for that and hope I didn't annoy the shop by calling! Would definitely order from here again.
