I'm not impressed with their support staff. In my experience, they are typically rude and unhelpful on the phone. I don't go to the dentist myself, but I schedule appointments for an elderly family member who goes to this office as its under their insurance. But, they are lacking in my first impressions.

It seems some of the reviewers below have a personal vendetta against specific employees at this dental office. Here is my experience and why I would give 6 stars if I could:
Dr. Lavassani. The doctor was professional, friendly and showed a rare bedside manner that warrants ending the review here with 5 stars. She is knowledgeable and despite my request she talked me out of a pricey cosmetic procedure and recommended something that costs thousands less and was just as effective. Who does that? And her work was impeccable.
The staff. Wow. In this day and age when we are all busy, tired of sitting in traffic, tired of waiting in lines and used to others being short with us, the staff are a breath of fresh air. Sure, they are busy. Sure, they will ask you to pay what you owe. And yes, they ask for insurance. But who doesn’t? What they also do is ask you about your day, squeeze you For urgent matters and remember your name. Who does that in this day and age?
Other stuff. Easy parking. Great location. Relatively new equipment.

I really like Dr Lavassani. I enjoy her as a person, have had a couple dental procedures performed and been very happy with the quality of her work. Ive even recommended her to others. However, her receptionist/front desk lady is atrocious. I will not be returning to this office due to the mistreatment and incompetence of this lady. Months ago I had work done, she went over the procedure cost and what I would pay out of pocket after the insurance portion, before the procedure was performed. I had the procedure done, paid my portion and went on my way. I just called with tooth pain needing an appointment and was treated as if I was a complete nuisance. The receptionist seemed so put out and told me that they were too busy... made a bunch of noises "ack, oh...geez" gave me tons of attitude and then went on to say that I have a balance due of over $200. what?! I asked her how this is possible when we had discussed it at length...even called the insurance company together, at my request and in her office, she said I should have a copy of the statement and refused to tell me what the $200 is for. Then when I explained we have a change in insurance, she was unwilling to look up our eligibility over the phone with the ID number. I asked how am I supposed to get my tooth problem fixed if we cant verify insurance, and you cant tell me what this balance is for? She said "I dont know, you cant". Finally, after me explaining that I really need to get this tooth fixed (and that it is illegal to refuse medical service over this) she, totally exacerbated, and annoyed says " I can maybe fit you in today at 1" I explained that I have 4 kids and am not looking for an appointment for today...she interrupted me with a scoff and barked "seriously?!" ....my thoughts exactly. Here I am , a customer/patient, in pain and needing medical service, Ive spent well over a thousand dollars there in previous services (thats just my out of pocket portion) and Ive had to spend 10 minutes fighting for an appointment, treated like crap, and told that I owe $200 for some mystery reason. NOT WORTH IT, clearly their patients health and well being is not priority. (which is the entire reason their office exists in the first place...their patients) I will be taking my business elsewhere
