Highly recommend! She took on my complicated case on relatively short notice. Not only was requesting a modification of a prior custody agreement, but I was also requesting a move-away order (I'm active duty military by the way). She was incredibly detailed and prepared throughout, and gave me peace of mind and confidence that we could win. Her competence and experience absolutely shined throughout. My ex-wife's lawyer was clearly outclassed. She basically took this poor guy's lunch money. Not only did we win, but we got everything we asked for. Since the custody and move-away victory in May, Ami has also represented me in ex-wife's attempts to appeal the decision, as well as representing my separate but related case involving child support modification and motion to establish arrears. Nothing but victories throughout. We have a couple of more court appearances left, but I'm confident that trend will continue. I can't say enough good things about Ami. Ami Scarfe helped me with my divorce this year and she was phenomenal! Not only was she very proficient in acquiring what I wanted but she did it in 6 months. Mind you she did this during a pandemic when you had to do everything through email and zoom meetings. I immediately loved how straight forward and up front she was with me She told me what I could expect and the possibility of those outcomes happening, not just what I wanted to hear. Ami is one of the most amazing, caring and professional lawyer I have ever met. My previous lawyer messed up my case. I am glad I found her at the very last minute. Not only is she very smart and knowledgeable about what is going on with my case, she is also very compassionate about my situation and the safety of me and my kid.
She is always fighting and thinking what is the best for us. Her secretary is also very nice and helpful.
