I contacted David 2 months ago about an injury i had at work. 5 days later got a return got a return phone call Told me he had some pending issues and would get back to me in a few days. 2 weeks later I called him, he apologized and said for me to forward him my medical records from my slip and fall. 6 weeks later i contact him and he replies..Well we have decided that we will not be following up on your case..Could this response have been more unprofessional i think not. Horrible cust service and could he have cared less for me. I think you have an answer to that question.
