My husband and I were actually on workers compensation at the same time. Because off all the stress he was going through I decided to obtain a lawyer to assist me with my case. My husband received Joseph's name through someone he met while completing his rehabilitation work. I called and signed the same day I met him. To make a long story short Joseph helped me calm down. He worked with the my employer to ensure that I was not only compensated for my injury but received the vouchers needed to be retrained. I am proud to say that I am now a graduate and awaiting my license from the California State Board. It was a long journey and I can't say it was easy, because there were days when I just was to break down.....but Joseph was there the entire way to take the load off. I would also like to say that behind every awesome boss there is an awesome paralegal.....thank you Christine! (hope I got your title correct). But truly it has been an experience I hope I never have to go through again but know who to call if I do. Thank you

Joseph T. Todoroff did a wonderful job with my Worker’s Compensation Case. Joseph made the process simple. He is very professional with his knowledge of the process and was very responsive and easy to work with. Joseph asked an array of questions about my long and grueling case which helped him to maximize the results. I am very grateful Joseph took on my complex case, as it had many challenges. I would like to mention he helped me in a very difficult and complex case against my former employer. It was a long and strenuous investigation and process and Joseph made the case go very smoothly. This review is a long time coming.

I first met Mr. Todoroff from a referral by another law firm in Sacramento. I was desperately in need of someone to help me.

I was injured at the workplace (2019) a few months before COVID hit. As a result, I could not see a doctor and my injuries became so much worse. STATE FUND insurance company was harassing me to go to work, when I couldnt even drive, walk, shower without someone in the house. I had been injured for about 6 months and no treatment, therapies or anything. I thought I would never walk normally again.

When I reached out to Mr. Todoroff, I was pleasantly surprised by his straightforward, but incredibly friendly approach. I contracted with him right away and within a month I had new doctors, new everything,. With the help of Joe I was able to receive most of the therapies I needed to regain my ability to walk without crutches.

Workman's comp insurance will always treat you as though you became injured on purpose. All I wanted to do was to get the treatment I needed to walk normally again.

Though I did end up with long term and permanent damage due to my injury and the lack of action from Workman's Comp (State Fund) and Kaiser Permanente, thanks to Joseph Todoroff's diligent work on my case, and about a years worth of physical therapy, I am able to live a mostly normal life.

Medical advocacy is something that we don't understand until we are in the situation where it is required. One way to truly advocate your your future is to find someone who is willing to genuinely fight for your needs and your health. I would recommend him and his firm to anyone facing the same situation. Feeling hopeless is not the only option post injury.

I had to end my case due to moving away, but I wouldn't be where I am without the diligent work that Joe and his team did for my case and my health. I will never forget them, never stop feeling gratitude over the fact that with his help and many, many, many hours of therapies, I can walk pretty normally. I am only sorry that it took me over a year after closing my case to get on here and write this review.

If you are feeling stuck, hopeless, despairing...don't. Hire Joe and he will do his very best to improve your situation, be it finding you new doctors/therapies/etc.
