Got arrested on a DUI charge. My first call was to Michael Harbeson and I am sure glad it was. He told me what to expect and reviewed my case immediately with me there. He won the DOL hearing for me and negotiated with the prosecutor on my behalf to get the charge reduced to an absolute best case scenario. He has a tremendous amount of experience and you will see it first hand when you are in the court room or on the phone with the DOL hearing examiner. My recommendation is if you ever need services from a criminal defense attorney, is to call Michael Harbeson right away.

Michael Harbeson represented my son in a very sensitive case that lasted 2.5 years. During this time I believe he went above and beyond what anyone should ever reasonably expect. I felt our case became personal almost for him and he even stated this towards the end. My son was 12 at the time and Mike was very professional and compassionate with my son. I could say so much more but this review is already getting pretty long so to sum it up I would recommend Michael Harbeson to anyone he is a great lawyer and an amazing person. TY Mike and your team.
