BIG WASTE OF $13,000 Promises the world before you pay him. Canceled appointments, lied to me, neglected to properly inform me, and topping off refused to make sure the court order accurately reflected what the judge verbally said during the hearing.

This guy is the best lawyer in OC! He helped me get a better outcome in my case that had been overly exaggerated in the police report, I thought I was looking at hard time for something I wasn't guilty of but thanks to Mr. Borsari I was able to have my freedom back. Protect yourself from the corrupt public defenders / district attorneys. Hire David to represent you for a much better outcome!

Hieu recommended (Looks like his buddy and others had same issues) another Lawyer after hearing my case. ***Was recommended by another Lawyer to help with a submission and if necessary an appeal for Home confinement. He assured he'll do everything he can to help and find other alternatives if things didnt workout. That was not the case. He wrote a letter of recommendation and charged me $1,500 for nothing. Got denied and he said "sorry, nothing else i can do". He did not make me feel confidant from beginning to end.. Talked to another lawyer just now and he said "of course there's many options, first we'll appeal the original sentencing etc" . I called Hieu and told him what happened. He himself said theres no other options he could do. Called another lawyer and took care of me right away!! Did a modification of sentencing asap. Thanks for nothing guys!!
