I strongly advise against securing the services of the Eunice Hahn firm unless you want to step up and do all the work they're supposed to do. When I hired them after my car accident, they exhibited pure laziness and incompetence. They did not believe my account of the car accident and failed to gather crucial evidence, such as obtaining a statement from a witness. As it turned out, this was a blessing in disguise as it made it clear that they were not the right firm for me. They took the opposing party's word at face value, without any further investigation. In the end, I had to obtain surveillance footage from a nearby gas station to prove that I was not at fault. I do not recommend hiring this law firm, be cautious!
Edit: In response to the owner’s comment, all I can really say is wow and I’m shocked and appalled to read their gaslit response with falsehoods. The day of that phone call will forever be etched in my memory due to the horror and mental anguish it caused me. I meticulously documented every part of our conversation and had been keeping records of all interactions with the firm. I stopped at a gas station at the intersection of the accident to inquire about obtaining footage from their surveillance cameras. The clerk informed me that yes, they did keep footage for fifteen days, but I would have to be accompanied by a police officer and it would be at the discretion of the manager if they would release footage or not. The manager wasn’t there at the time. I immediately phoned the office of Eunice Hahn with this new development hoping they would assist me in securing the footage. They gave no option of doing the investigation or hiring an investigator, which was the whole point of my call that morning! Word for word the firm said that they couldn't reach the witness and that I should seek representation from a defense attorney due to the other cars all saying the same thing. They also said they could no longer represent me. I was literally in complete shock! This was not the outcome I had expected when I reached out for help that morning.
I was not aware of the conflicting accounts of the accident since at the scene the other two cars that were hit were saying the same thing as me, which is exactly what happened. I was so puzzled as to why Eunice Hahn’s office would tell me that the other drivers were saying the exact opposite of what they were saying at the scene. I found out later that the bodycam footage could also have been obtained which also would have proved every driver’s account of the incident. I immediately phoned the witness; he called me back within the hour and he corroborated my account of the accident. I asked him what he saw and he told me he saw the sports car run the red, hit me, then hit the two cars that were stopped at the light going the opposite way of the sports car. He was also stopped at the light behind the two cars that got hit after me.
I was extremely distressed and struggled to sleep or eat for the next few days, but still I got to work and sought help from various sources. I went to police stations and made phone calls. Ultimately, I was able to obtain the footage with a police escort and the cooperation of the gas station manager, just in time before it would have been deleted! Turns out I did all this for nothing, the witness, along with the other cars involved, confirmed my account of the accident. I never had to submit the video evidence at all! Also noteworthy, the responsible driver’s insurance carrier has already accepted liability without the need for video evidence.
In light of this traumatic experience, I felt compelled to provide an honest review to urge others to exercise caution when seeking legal representation. Please use discretion and choose wisely when considering this firm.
