Wow i clicked on every bad option available theres no familiarity to this service they always send a random worker and sometimes its good sometimes most times its bad. Customer service is unresposive ive been trying to cancel for months now. Do not use their call back service they do not call back.

Had to make several new appointments myself after nobody showed up or even contacted me multiple times. Yes, I got a high grass cut discount!!! However this is only worth so much if someone actually shows up!! In the meantime my crass continued to grow and became a mess. Super disappointed in Lawn starter

I was denied service because my address has “1/2” with the unit. After requesting why because that did not make sense that’s all they could give me. My address is a single house with a fenced in yard that is visible from the street that they checked out for the quote. Afterwards as the conversation continued I am somehow approved but they were requiring that all of the yards with this address would have to be charged and cut as well. Unable to provide real answers or problem solve the issue at hand.
