I get the impression that many attorneys in this situation come from a place of trying to create more conflict between the parties, with the goal of increasing their legal fees. While I'm convinced Lawrence could go that road if I wanted it, in my situation I was looking to move on in a positive way for everyone involved. And Lawrence was great at helping to make that happen.

What I didn’t expect was an attorney who cares deeply for his client’s best. He is not seeking to create “adversarial chaos” to an already sensitive situation for his own gain. He has clearly stated his desire to protect my interests and how to go about that if I chose to do so, however, there has been NO pressure.
He has been attentive and responsive to my calls, questions, concerns and desires. He is well able to read his client’s emotional state in the moment and move forward accordingly.
