We have been delighted with the professionalism and skill of this company. We had been waiting years to get some renovations done, did our research, and were pleased beyond our best expectations.

It started with a bathroom renovation, then expanded to an elevator removal and railing reconstruction at another property. That worked out so well that we expanded the work at our house into replacing our front doors and side doors, shoring up some foundation issues, and painting the entire exterior!

There was no hard selling here. Dan, our project manager, worked with us to match our objectives and was cooperative when we scaled back certain elements of the projects and expanded others.

Their pricing was competitive. The work crew was skilled, they were respectful of our wishes, and they cleaned up after each job was complete. The company was expert with local ordnances and expedited the necessary permits flawlessly.

We just finished up a major home addition with LB Construction and I couldn't be happier. We removed a sunroom and added 600 sqft, including a few bedrooms and a bathroom, and I am so happy about our space!

We first found Liran (David) and team through a neighbor, who had had LB completely renovate their entire home. They had been very pleased with the work and recommended him wholeheartedly, and let us tour their space. It was great for us to hear about their good experience, and gave us comfort as well that LB had experience with Eichlers, as we wanted to maintain the Eichler aesthetic with our addition. We did bid out to a few contractors who had been recommended to us, and LB was super responsive, had a reasonable quote for the project, and I appreciated that he understood what we were trying to do, and was able to give recommendations for some of the aspects that we hadn't made decisions about yet, or some things we hadn't even thought of (for example, in the bathroom, when they saw the tile we were choosing, they made suggestions around adding a shelf within the shower niche, the type of curb to use, options for the drain, etc). The price remained the same, there were no surprises -- and when we chose to add on replacing our HVAC with mini-splits throughout our house, David provided a clear quote and cost that remained the same even after it became a much more involved install process.

Once the work started, David, Flavio, and team worked so quickly -- I was amazed by how fast demo went, how quickly so much of the work went. I remember one day when Flavio was asking my preference on trim, and once I made my decision, by the end of the day several rooms were already done exactly as I wanted! We had a bit of a delay in finishing, which was not their fault at all, because we needed to have PG&E do an electrical upgrade as part of the project, and PG&E quoted us 4-12 months to do it (!!!) but David kept on them, to try to get their part done as quickly as possible.

I'm already thinking about our next project, re-leveling our living room and re-doing our kitchen, and will definitely plan to work with David and team at LB Construction again!
