I've noticed a few bad reviews of this LBC, but my experience has always been good. The staff are friendly and efficient. Sure, I've had to wait longer than I've wanted to a couple times, so I've learned to go only if I'm not in a hurry. But as it has turned out, I've been in and out quickly the last couple times I was there to send several large boxes (but I go prepared with all the inventory sheets completed).

Very unprofessional and discourteous. Dropped off a box and forgot to pick up a replacement box. I came back and asked for the replacement and said that I wished she had reminded me of the replacement box. The discourteous lady said “ I should remind myself. I waited for about five minutes to have the box and grabbed one. She then said that if she gets hurt she will report so I would be blocked and I would not be able to send through LBC. LBC is not the only company that’s available. I have sent over a hundred boxes. At one time I sent 50 boxes with them. It was good then. Now they have employed very discourteous people. I will not send through LBC anymore. Bad company with bad people. She should be fired.
