I had a challenging case as a first time home buyer and self-employed entrepreneur, but it wasn't much of a problem for these guys. Kevin took the time to explain every step to me and jumped through all the loops to not only prepare my loan on time, but to make sure I could use a first-time home buyer program with a very low interest rate. I was able to communicate easily by text or calling, and was absolutely blessed by the experience. It couldn't have been better, considering the circumstances! I highly recommend Kevin and the company for a premier experience, they did everything they promised.

I went from a bank to a bank when I needed a no documentation loan, and this nightmare seemed to never end. At some point I saw this team's CEO podcast and he was saying very reasonable things. I gave it a shot, and they delivered. Aaron and Vasily were both extremely knowledgeable and friendly, they explained everything to me, they answered all my questions and the fact that they work with over 90 banks at the same time saved me so much effort. They approved me within 2 weeks and I had nothing to worry about.
They are great mortgage brokers and I recommend them with an open heart. TY 🙏

Vasily is an absolute rock star. I was really impressed by how fast he closed my FHA loan – no dragging his feet! On top of that, the customer service was amazing. Vasya was always quick to respond to my questions, made me feel valued and taken care of. He knew what to do at every step and I loved that he works with a HUGE number of lenders at the same time. I felt like I had a partner through the whole process, and I can’t recommend them enough!
