My husband and I came in for pedicures. We wanted to have a nice time together. I called to secure a spot for us. We get there and the guy takes 2 walk in customers. We waited, and waited.....finally I say something to the guy. He spoke vietnamese to his coworkers and my husband and I were seated about 20 minutes later. Only to put our feet in cold water,have cold towels put around our legs cold rocks on our feet,and most of all rushed through each step of the pedicure 😮😖 $100 later,no good customer service,and what seemed like being rushed out the door. NEVER BE BACK!!! SO EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE THRRE.
