Staff are very accommodating and friendly. Priscilla made my application very smooth and easy. Sal, the person responsible for the maintenance of the apartment is very helpful, he offers help all the time and you can call him 24/7. The area is nice and clean.

I lived there for two years and if I ever move back home from Texas, I would live there again. Best place I lived at in Southern California. Great location, great apartments and Pat was outstanding. When I lost my job during the great recession, they allowed me to go on a month to month lease and didn't increase my rent one dime. I loved it here. When I eventually found a job that required me to move to Austin, Pat sold my refrigerator (all places in Austin come with their own fridge) and about two weeks after I got there, I had a check for $450.

We lived there for several months after we left they charged us 800$ for cleaning fee
I already cleaned it very well
But they changed us
If I backed I never chose this apartment
You can find better apartments with this price with better plan
The apartment plan is so poor you can not well manage to put your sofa in good place
