I went to my appointment, paid in cash, and was called very late that evening being told that i was a no-show and they were charging me. I spoke to the woman saying i went, paid, announced my appointment and I'm not sure what's wrong with her system. She said i went to the wrong spa, though i was at the correct address. She said she would refund the charge.

It's been a week and after multiple email requests for the receipt for the refund, they're ignoring me and still have not refunded the charge. I'll need to charge back my credit card, which sucks for all of us.
