Secure facility, fence, gate, etc. The El Rancho Motel just around the corner takes care of the rental paperwork and monthly payments. Very reasonable rates!

Moved to a bigger place and didn't need my storage anymore, so I cancelled it the end of January. I was on auto pay for a while and they charged me February and March. Very rude owners, I call this month to try and get my money back, stopping the monthly charges and getting my deposit back and the old hag just wants to get off the phone with me, saying "I'll tell the guy who handles the finances, he's in Seattle". Didn't apologize or say sorry or anything. I'm sure I won't get my $35 deposit back. Don't rent from old people, they're clueless, helpless, deaf and lazy. When the El rancho motel on pioneer drive handles things like books and finances, instead of an actual storage office you know things are gonna be shady. I gave up on calling them, but my card company blocked their greedy hands from taking more money. Glad it was one of the small units.
