All the staff is good with the kids and definitely help parents out with anything development wise.

My children went to this center for 6 months. Every month, the bill was incorrect (we'd be overcharged by hundreds of dollars) and the woman at the desk would tell us that "she'd have to check with the director about making changes," and then not do anything for weeks, and then try to charge us a late fee... EVERY MONTH. FOR 6 MONTHS.

My son went here for about 8 months. At first it was great! Staff was friendly and he made connections with some of the kids and teachers. As time progressed, teachers changed. Which is bound to happen at any daycare...but not every week. I never knew who his teacher would be that day or who was changing my sons diaper, or watching him and such. He felt uncomfortable and started not wanting to go because he wasn't familiar with his teacher. Would be a great daycare if they didn't change teachers all the time. Also, I had some miscommunications with my husband and neither of us picked my son up in time. It was 30 minutes after they closed and they never once called me. I had to call them and they said since I am 30 minutes late then I have to pay a $30 fee, $1 per minute, which I would have understood if they would have called and asked where I was rather than waiting for my bill to add up... yeah my husband and I should have communicated better but when a parent doesn't show up after a certain amount of time you call them instead of letting their bill build up or child wondering where his parents are... again this was the 4th lady in the office since my son started there. He no longer attends there.
