So we have been clients now for around 6 months and have had nothing but problems.
We have been billed for things we should have not.
They have requested availability and we have given it to them multiple times and get no response. When we have given them a time frame it has always been "we are working on scheduling" and we are left up in the air.
They cannot get our address correct.
We have had other clients names transposed onto our paperwork for our child.
We have been very patient with them, we have only been waiting since the end of August for services to get squared away and continue to get the run around.
To add to this problem, their turnover is so high that the new people who come in to fix it are literally thrown into the fire.
This is supposed to be a place to help our child but it has been nothing but a hindrance.
They say the squeaky wheel gets the best result, however we have been in contact, and have not gotten a single returned call.
When you have a company whose sole purpose is to help children through their problems and they leave them w/o the guidance you are needing help with then it is a really sad thing to see.

I work at the daycare my son attends, his therapist WALKED out of the session and didn’t even come talk to me before leaving. AGAIN RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!
I am in the next classroom over and you can’t come talk to me and tell me that you don’t feel comfortable working with my son and that he would do better with someone alittle more experienced?
I don’t think we will be returning to any ABA services, especially in-clinic
