We worked with Dan to sell our land in Leavenworth. We chose him because he knows the area better than anyone and understands that market. He was always available to talk and was there throughout the negotiation and closing process. Most important to us, Dan is honest. We trusted his opinion and his recommendations. He loves the area and he loved our property as much as we did. Now that we've sold our property, we'll miss him.

Dan at Leavenworth Real Estate did a wonderful job of selling my father's condo. He was extremely knowledgeable of the local real estate market. He always responded to my questions in a timely manner. Even when there were some snags in the process, Dan always came through and helped tremendously. You can not go wrong working with Dan.

We just sold our home with the help of Dan. We are happy with the outcome and his assistance. We have worked with Dan for over 20 years and have been pleased with his efforts. We have purchased with his help various properties. We built several houses in the Cashmere area and he helped with selling those properties. He also has a service company to help with rentals. In the last few years we have, with Dan's help, purchased a condo that we are planning on staying in. With the purchased of that condo we wanted to sell, but Dan suggested that we rent it for a while because the market was depressed at that time. We had his service company due the work on the rental, so we didn't have to worry about getting the rent, etc. That is the house that Dan just sold for us. Everything worked out real well and we thank Dan for his help.
