Never get anyone to answer their customer service number. Awful customer service.

Tried two trees neither worked. Steer far and wide from anything manufactured by the company. Their products are among the worst of all potential commodities.

Bought a beautiful 7.5’ Grand Dutchess at Home Depot and could not get the tree out of demo mode. Contacted customer service and they sent a new controller box. Hooked it up and it works perfectly!
