I do not recommend this dentist.
I went there for a tooth chip repair. The dentist let me leave with the blue paper ingrained into my tooth and said it would come off with simple brushing. It did not. I went back to have it corrected and the dental assistant had to file it off with a machine—something I am not capable of at home but somehow the dentist let me leave like that!!
Additionally, after not receiving any bill yet, the office called me threatening to send me to collection. They then called my emergency contact, and caused panic because they told him they had not heard from me. He literally thought I was missing because of their communication. I called them immediately to pay my bill and understand why they would call my emergency contact and cause alarm. Later I learned they also called MY MOTHER who thought I was in the hospital because of what was initially said to her. She was SCARED.
Update: The office sent my bill Sept 29 and threatened to turn me over to collections on October 1. Two days after they mailed my bill.
These are bad business practices and the dentist clearly didn’t care that I left with the job incomplete. I would never go back to this office.
