I started the process of puchasing a home 3 months ago. And from day 1, LeeAnn was knowledgable of every aspect of me purchasing a home.
I was looking at one home and LeeAnn came in as a pro that she is and started this process of informing me of every aspect of my inspection and was able to answer every question that I had without missing a beat!
I felt that the first home was going to work for me and she stood by my side encouraging with confidence and strong knowledge base of the puchase of this home. However, as a dedicated and diligent real estate agent she still continued the process and search of homes that could be better for my needs. As a real estate agent, she knew that I wanted a home but she was able to forsee ahead of me that there was something better out there for my needs. She continued the search and found something cheaper, bigger and checked every box that I needed. Not only did she find the house, she diligently stayed at work late for me to submit an offer the same day.
With that being said, she totally went beyond the call of duty for me as it regarding to but not limited to, answeing all of my questions as this process began all the way through the end. She never made me feel that my questions were not important and answered my phone calls and when she couldn't; she'd always call me back with a positive attitude. I have never met somone so persistent to look out for my needs as it relates to my new home and what it meant to me for my future and my life as a new home owner.
Not only is she a great real estate agent , she was able to forsee my actual need as a woman, and continued to search for a turn key property vs a property that needed and required numerous and costly repairs. And for that and the encouragement and knowledge that she provided through this process, I will never forget.
In the future, I will refer LeeAnn to family and friends
