Rented out a unit with them for about 1 1/2 years. They will find a way to skew English language, in an incorrect way to milk you dry of your security deposit at the end of the lease. Notably, a $1000 loss isn't really worth going to small court claims about.
I would avoid them or take into consideration that the security deposit you pay will not be given back at the end and calculate that into your monthly rent.
Worst property managers that I have ever dealt with. A door to our basement was broken into and left that way for multiple months after our items were stolen out of it. Their response was essentially that they don't care about it tough luck. Outdoor maintenance was a joke since there was trash everywhere and homeless started to live out in front . We raised concerns but nothing ever happened.
The staff is extremely rude and don't care about your concerns at all. Don't rent from these people, the people who use to manage the apartment were great and always kept us up to date. Sad that my landlord switched to these people. Moved out because of Lee & Associates attitude towards its residents.
