Spoke to some amazing Patent Attorneys. What they do is just great. Got me all fascinated about patent law.

I hired the firm last October for a contract dispute my husband and I initiated. It lasted about 8 months. My husband and I were awarded a 7 figure amount as the result of the mediation. The case just closed last week. I am completely satisfied with this firm. They are professional from anyway you look at it: the front desk lady Jan is very warm, organized and responsive. The accounting person Tiffany was accurate and easy to reach. Once a payment is made there is a receipt in my email inbox within few minutes without even asking. The attorney Sarah Elsden and Robert Carlson were fabulous to work with. Sarah is sharp, quick and very responsive. Bob was very resourceful and experienced. Anytime they are on top of the case without a delay. During the process, there was not one misstep. They patiently listened and valued my concerns each time when I had any concerns. The paper work from them is super. At the mediation the mediator highly appraised the firm's reputation. I never had to call them. On a Friday late afternoon I had a need to talk with them. I sent an email. 20 minutes later both attorneys were on a conference call with me. On a Sunday afternoon I was panic due to a new concern. I sent an email. Bob responded in about 20 minutes. His one sentence calmed me down and made my day much better. What I loved about Sarah was her sharp thinking and clear mind at all time. What I loved about Bob was he alway had a calm approach towards any urgent matters. It seemed that he had many magic solutions in his pocket. He could deal with any situation without panic. My case was a tough case. English is not my first language. At the end I am 100% satisfied with the firm and their attorneys. I would recommend them to any potential clients without hesitation.
