overall, I am satisfied with the work done on my GMC Canyon. Tony my service advisor was helpful and friendly. On 2 occasions my repair took longer than anticipated due to parts availability issues, however I really appreciated the fact that they offered me a loaner vehicle. I will return for future repairs. Also was able talk to the person who did the repairs, which unusual and by accident was very informative. Thanks

I went to Lee Peterson Yakima on 06/20/24 because I engine light on,they told me that the can diagnose it ,and they find something broke inside the engine they told me that if I want to fix it they have replaced everything from the engine and put everything new and it’s cost over $10000.00 dollars,I told them it’s you can fix it,the told me that after that your engine will be likely new, they took almost two weeks to fix my car , they gave me back on 07 /01/24.after the fix it it’s cost $10874.00 and they gave me a 30k mile warranty, the next day when I used my remote start on my car, and the check engine light came back on, I went back to Lee Peterson and they told may it something simple ,and they gave me appointment after a week, the car got it diagnosed, and then proceeded to ask for another 4500 dollars to fix the check engine lights on .and also they charged me again for diagnosis $193.32 .that’s totally not acceptable, they trying to rip me off.Really really bad service, I go there because I thought they are certified from gmc,I am not recommending anyone to believe them what said to you, they just want to take your hard working money.

Purchased a 2021 GMC 3500 AT4 from Jesse M! Worked with Dave C also. We are very pleased! Having been long time Ford customers after being treated poorly by Ford Corporate for over 6 months over a recent issue with our SuperDuty we are leaving Ford behind to join the GMC family. Our ordering and purchasing experience exceeded our expectations so far and we are happy with how everything has gone so far! Thank you Jesse and Lee Peterson!
