I highly recommend this company! Left Coast Inspectors was suggested to us by our realtor and we were more than satisfied with their service. Darrell was meticulous in his work, detailing for us every inch of the condo we were considering; pointing out things we would have missed and making sure we knew everything we needed to know about it. He was quite clear in his assessments of what were minor, negligible flaws and what might be a potential problem down the line. Based on his report, we feel confident going into the next steps of negotiations.

I used Darrell for the first time last Monday. He was prompt and very thorough. He explained everything and it was very easy to understand. I would highly recommend Left Coast Inspections.

I'm very happy Left Coast Inspections is rated as highly as it is, because I wouldn't have gotten to work with them otherwise. The detailed report provided after the inspection was extremely useful not only to see what repairs we would need to make going forward, but we were also able to get the Seller to kick back money to fix some of the issues that would have been missed if Darrell wasn't so thorough. After the inspection was completed, Darrell walked us through the entire house pointing out every issue he saw and not only did he tell us what the issue was, he gave us advice on how to fix it. He was also very patient with follow up questions. He even told us to call him anytime if we needed clarification on anything. He came across as if he really cared about us and our property. If he is available, you should 100% go with Left Coast Inspection. Also the lady who answered the phone was extremely polite and professional. Great company!
