They do an excellent job servicing our school and are very creative with designs for all of our sports teams and clubs. Their team stores are an excellent opportunity for our parents to order gear easily each season. We are fortunate to have Legacy right in our backyard.

The GOOD: Shirts are good quality, spelling is correct, their design looks great, I approved the design. The BAD: As a first time t-shirt buyer for our company, Rockin Horse Ranch, no one explained how the logo would be placed on the shirt. The focal point of their design is off center by almost 1 1/2 inches. Their designer added a long swirl under the Rockin Horse that stuck out a couple inches to the left. This should have been brought to my attention that this would cause the Rockin Horse to be off center. I would not have approved this and would have had the swirl omitted. No one said anything, so it went to print and I have $1000 worth of shirts. The UGLY: I spoke with the owner who repeatedly told me that I approved the design so it is on me. My RESOLVE: I’ve learned on my own dime how printing works but it should have been explained to me since they were the designer. Did they purposely mean for this to happen? NO. I bet future sales will include a discussion about how the “design and centering” work. So maybe I helped some future person.
