I have a broken foot, so I needed a contractor that I could really rely on because I was not able to get into the property that needed rehab after a renter moved out. He handled everything from thermostats for my wall heaters to damaged flooring from a leak in the utility room with ease. He kept me updated every day with Photos, showed up on time, communication was the best ever. From now on, he is my go to.

We needed someone to help with a list of random things around our house to get it ready to sell. Joseph came highly recommended and we were not disappointed. He and his team did great work. Very knowledgeable, communicative, and responsive. Highly recommend.

Joseph and his crew repaired space under the home due to rats burrowing into the crawlspace. All work completed and the trash was removed. I appreciate Joseph’s efforts to be certain I was pleased with the efforts. I will continue to work with Legacy for my homes needs.
