I called for a tow truck to pull my motorhome out of a ditch. After almost 45 minutes of trying to understand the offshore representative and FINALLY giving her all the information she asked for, then paying an up-front fee of $358.80, we waited half an hour for an update on the tow truck's ETA. I called back and was told that the tow truck was broke down, so they couldn't "assist" me this evening. I was then told that they were going to issue a refund MINUS A $49 PROCESSING FEE!!!! I said they were NOT going to charge me a single penny because THEY screwed up, not me. The guy (another offshore representative) put me on hold and then came back to say they would issue a full refund in three to five business days. This whole experience stinks of a scam, so we will be disputing the charge as soon as the bank allows.

Scam! Here’s the deal, I think they will get you towed, but they are an over seas group posing as a towing company. They upcharge the local rates for other towing companies and give off the bully scammer vibe to make you commit or not to the service. I’ve dealt with tons of them and 1000% was the EXACT same jerk pushy demanding attitude all of those scammers eventually get during the call. I called and they promised to be there within 30 min, others said reality they’re busy so they’ll be 3 hrs or more. I went with legacy since they promised to be there in 35 min tops! I almost hung up due to his pushy bully “put me on hold while you call your dad to see if you can get his address to drop the car off and don’t hang up”. So I let them have my service since I was stuck and HAD to get my car off the property that night where it broke down. They demanded to keep the line open repeatedly over and over on the confirmation call, and then I waited. 2 hrs went by, I get a call, “the driver got into an accident and we will have to reschedule for tomorrow” I said it has to be tonight like I told you, if you can’t do it I need to get another company. 2 hours! And not a call I thought, so they said they’ll refund me my full amount over and over since they couldn’t and then squeaked in there’s a $49.95 service fee they’ll be deducted to which I went off on, you promised a service and couldn’t fullfill it, 1.5 hrs after you were supposed to be here and no call, and I’m being fined 50$ for your driver who crashed?!!!!! NO! That’s soooo wrong!!! But you do what you gotta do! I’ll deal with this later. So I get the original over 3hrs out company to help me eventually, tell them what happened and they said they got calls from a couple other companies about my car, but there’s one posing as a company who’s scamming ppl but changes their name and has a bad address, I checked after, this address is not legit, there’s no towing company there, it’s lies….. so in all I called back fought and argued with them, warned my ccard Company of the scam charges and eventually did get all my money back. This ls y I think they are posing as a tow company, up charging and using other local companies and when they can’t get a truck they (as the prev. Rater broke down), or me got into an accident, they try to get 50$ out if you anyways. They charged about 150 above other companies so I’m 99.99999% positive this is the case, they’re an offshore bullying scammer company illegally getting money from us locals lying posing as a company but acting as a broker overcharging as a surcharge to make money. It’s wrong and they’re pushy liars and thieves! Trying to at least steal 50$ from ppl who you didn’t provide a service to is illegal and wrong. DO NOT call them or go with them. Call the locals, not these thieves! They’ll just send you one of them anyways and it’ll be cheaper for you in the end!!!!!
