5 stars is not enough for this place. They are top notch. The owner showed me what needed to be fixed on my wifes wedding ring and not just try to sell me needless upgrades. Polite and turnaround time was OMG same day!!!!!!!!!!! Now this was customer service at its finest. If you want a good locally owned business and not support those chain sales places this is the place to go. From the owner to the jeweler to the associates this place is my new go to place. 1 bad thing is now I gotta buy a beautiful watch from them because they carry the finest selection of watches too.

I brought in a handful of bent earrings in to be put straight, they jumped right on it and cleaned my jewelry for no fee. Legacy has a wonderful selection of unique handcrafted pieces, including some walking canes that are so beautiful. They have a wide selection of attractive consignment pieces and so much more. Legacy is my new go to Jeweler!

Came in to get two pendant rings built up - they were very thin / worn down. Also had a Singapore chain that needed to be fixed. Mindi was so helpful and informative with the entire process. She was happy to answer any little question I had. Scott repaired my items ON THE SPOT while Mindi showed me around the store. I have been nervous to drop off these items for repair as they are old and very sentimental. The fact that I didn’t have to even leave them was so amazing. I will absolutely return when I need more repairs.
