I always love going to this place. Today was subpar to be Frank about everything. The clam chowder was barely warm.
The service was on the slow side. The other tuna was good along with the Greek salad. If I was cuter the service may have improved! But I am not that cute lol!
I wish you could eat here without a plane ticket!

I fly out of DCA weekly, but had never been to this Legal Seafood. I’ve visited other Legal Seafood restaurants and loved them, so I got here a little earlier than normal today to give me time to try this location. I sat at the bar and while service was slow (the kitchen was turning out food slow), it was still an excellent visit. The menu is great, lots of nice options, including handhelds, entrées, and salads. On this trip I started with their Greek salad, which is large enough to be an entrée by itself. It was loaded with very fresh greens and other veggies. The dressing is light, but flavorful and the combination of everything tasted great! Next up was their fish tacos, which come either grilled or fried. Haddock was the fish and it was grilled to perfection with a nice flavor. The entire taco came together excellently and the red cabbage slaw was really good. Their cole slaw, which I got as a side in lieu of the plantain chips, was also great!
Overall, I really enjoyed my lunch and look forward to returning!
