This place could have been great to me if my food was at least warm. Waited 20 minutes as instructed. Received food to go. However, I felt my food didn't seem very hot for it to have been made to order. Got home. Cris-cut fries were hard and cold. Chicken sandwich seemed room temperature. Got extra hot spice and it was a mouthwatering burn to my liking. Could have been better if at least warm. Willing to try again but not anytime soon.

Really, really good hot chicken sandwiches. My first time, I was super impressed. Very large pieces of chicken. Good crunch. Tasty sauces. Fries were seasoned well. And while I can eat spicy, even their medium had quite a bit of heat to it (definitely start off with the medium and work your way up). And compared to Howlin' Rays, no crazy wait or drive all the way down to Chinatown.

This could be a 4 star place but they have some serious issues. I ordered the sando combo. It took 44 mins! They need to hire a few more people in the back of house. The chicken was delicious. The best balanced chicken sandwich in the area. It's not as spicy as the others. Now the bad. The fries are store bought. Their menu is too large for 2 people and it shows in the details. The bun was good but way over cooked and the fries were way over cooked and not worth the calories. You get a small fountain drink with the combo and you walk out the door spending just under $16 and an hour wasted.
