We stayed at the Legoland Castle Hotel for just one night, and it was fantastic! The service, cleanliness, and staff were all excellent. My children had an amazing time—they loved the themed rooms and all the fun activities. It’s also incredibly convenient being right next to the park, especially when you have little ones who need to wind down or take a break during the day. We’re already planning to come back next year! Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Legoland with kids.

We are locals and came here for my kids birthday and had a 1-star time. We came in October so there was a ton of stuff not open but they don’t say that on their website. A lot of the food places were closed like my kids favorite crêpes stop…and there were no attendants at the games, face painting or even the guest services kiosk. You also could not get any of the Reserve and Ride options The pool with a hot tub was not open so that was disappointing. We also tried to order room service and they told us to just leave a message with our order and then for over an hour, we were unable to confirm with anyone whether the order had been received. I called the front desk and they said someone would call me back… No one did. So then I texted the service number, and eventually somebody called me back an hour and a half after I placed my order to ask me if I wanted to place an order. I even got a text from the service desk saying that the restaurant was not answering their call anymore either. Terrible customer service and such a waste of money. Disneyland costs more but after staying here, I’ve realized that Disney is worth every penny. We will not be back and will not be renewing our annual passes. Save your money!

Staying in a hotel dedicated to Lego Blew the minds of our Lego obsessed kids. The Lego to play with, the disco elevator and the treasure chest hunt were a bonus! Breakfast buffet was great and a good amount of variety. The staff we super friendly and nice (jorge from the lobby welcomed us and showed us where our room was and gave us a minifigure as a gift - great job by him). The price for the standard family room was the same as other hotels in the area, so worth it for the unique experience. My children are aged 6,9,11years old and fit perfectly in the bunk bed and trundle 'kids only' alcove in the room. Legoland hotel was basically an extension to the park and being able to walk outside and straight to the gate was awesome. Only regret is not booking more than one night.
