We purchased a leather recliner 14 years ago and it it still looks great! Unfortunately the recliner spring recently broke and I thought the chair would no longer recline. I contacted Lief and he sent a replacement part the very next day and it was easy to fix. Hubby is so happy to have his chair back! Thank you again! Your Customer Service ROCKS!
